  2. In the left-hand navigation pane, click Show all to expand the menu.

  3. Select Settings > Integrated apps.

Step 2: Upload the Custom App

  1. On the Integrated apps page, click the Add-ins link on the top right.

  2. Click Deploy Add-in
  3. Click Upload custom apps.

  4. In the App type dropdown, switch to Office Add-In.

Select Provide a link to manifest file, and then paste the following URL (copy whole link below even though https:// is already listed)

https://netarxoutlookaddin.blob.core.windows.net/outlookaddin/manifest.xml

  1. Click Validate to ensure the manifest file is correct.

  2. Once validated, click Next.

Step 3: Review and Confirm the App Details

  1. Review the details of the app as pulled from the manifest file, including the name, version, and publisher.

  2. Once you have reviewed the details, click Next.

Step 4: Choose Who Will Receive the App

  1. You will be prompted to choose who should receive the app:

    • ○  Everyone: The app will be distributed to all users in your organization.

    • ○  Specific Users/Groups: The app will only be distributed to the users or groups you select.

    • Leave the option below to be "Fixed"
  2. Click Add to confirm your selection.
  3. Click Next after making your selection.

Step 5: Complete the Deployment

  1. Review the summary of the deployment settings.

  2. If everything looks correct, click Finish deployment.

The app will now be available to the selected users in their Outlook applications.

Note: It takes a minimum of 24 hours for any changes or deployments to propagate across your organization.
