Help me help you. How to easily send us your log files.
When you are in a video chat or viewing your email, on the right side of screen you see an image of our brand. We oftern refer to our brand as a "Flurp". The spinning grey flurp is normal at the startup of an application like Outlook web access or within Gmail. It is often about 30 seconds to a minute to connect. If the Flurp doesnt connect and stays grey, for some reason the Sensor is not able to connect with one or more if our validators. This could be because the computer doesnt have Internet access or that the laptop or desktop can be running virus protection or an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). Honestly it could many things.
So, to help us aid in your installation, simply click on the white piece of paper with the arrow next to the sprocket / settings to send us your complete set of log files. See the picture below
Reminder , we do not capture any of the email or video content, we just review the metadata such as the email headers.
