Introduction
Welcome to the Flurp Lite installation guide. This document provides structured, step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring Flurp Lite, the standalone browser plug-in that secures communications in supported web applications. Flurp Lite helps protect against social engineering attacks and is ideal for organizations using platforms like Gmail, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Teams, and enterprise browsers.
Choosing Flurp Lite
Before you begin, determine which version of Flurp meets your needs:
- Flurp Full Agent: Offers advanced security for full desktop applications including Outlook, Teams, and Zoom. Only available for Microsoft Windows.
- Flurp Lite (Plug-in Only): Provides browser-based protection and compatibility across Windows, macOS, and Linux, including Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers.
If you would like to install the Full Agent version instead, please refer to the Full Agent Installation Guide.
