Grey Flurp! Why is it grey?

When viewing your email or video client your "flurp" should be the color of a traffic light:
Red for "Alert" , Yellow for "Warning" and Green for "Safe"

But occasionally the flurp is grey, this could be due to a few reasons:

1. The spinning grey flurp is normal and occurs when the agent is connecting to our validators. Once connected the flurp stops spinning. Click on a different email message and the flurp should change to red/yellow/green.

2. If the grey flurp is no longer spinning, and you have clicked on a different email then you are either not connected to the Internet or the service installed on your device is not working.
