Grey Flurp! Why is it grey?
When viewing your email or video client your "flurp" should be the color of a traffic light:
Red, Amber or Green (RAG).
If there is no RAG color, and its only grey, this could be due to a few reasons:
1. Did you verify your account after installation of the Flurp by clicking Verify in the email you received? (Be sure to check junk mail and note that some anti-phishing email products delay email up to 15 minutes.)
2. Did you refresh the browser or reboot your computer after reinstalling Flurp?
3. The spinning grey flurp is normal and occurs when the agent is connecting to our validators. Once connected the flurp stops spinning. Click on a different email message in your inbox and the flurp should change to red/yellow/green.
4. If the grey flurp is no longer spinning, and it is now not moving but it is grey with a fuzzy line streaming access you have clicked on a different email then you are either not connected to the Internet or the service installed on your device is not working.
